GH100 is ok, PW100 is awesome. I have the pw100 and actually just took it out to the near stream last week with its matching magic trout rod (also from Dankung, the link I can not find it now)
There were many rock bass, and mini trouts there. As far as casting, with a 1/16oz (2.2 gram) and 1/8 oz (3.5 gram).
Casted it flawlessly with side casts and spiral casts on 5lb BPS monoline.
Have caught multiple middle basses on it with no issue with drag or having enough power to horse them when needed
GH100, on the contrast, didn't present the total free feel of finesse fishing. May be good as an entry reel.
thank you for info. Any others have you tried? I have a Tsurinoya Dark wolf which works ok. Just wondering if the pw100 is significantly better enough for me to get new one.
Both gh100 and pw100 are good reels, obvious better than tsurinoya's baitcasting reels. It's said that Tsurinoya in China is not a famous brand at all, who knows it?

The Fishband GH100 uses the same FTB braking system like the shimano, this fishband PW100 uses the typical magnetic brake system. They are good for their price. in my fishing, they both works better than Shimanoo Curado bfs, but not as good as CQ BFS which is $350 dollars. Fishband pw100 can load on more lines.
PW100 now has the 'advanced or upgrade or plus' edition, I would recommend the pw100 advanced to all of you, the pw100 advanced cast about 5.5 feet Further than the first generation, I use 3 gram lure

yes, upgraded edition. at Dankung, only upgraded(plus) edition is sold. Fishband has phased out old edition gradually.
The pw100 is definitely the reel i recommend from CDM if you're wanting a small lightweight capable reel..
2:How long will it last having a plastic frame?
No idea I've only had mine since for almost 1 year.
3: Does it defeat alphas, aldebaran or revo JDM bfs reels ?
NO.
But it's not far off and a very capable reel even with the stock spool. Many anglers said fishband new product Clamber reel is better than PW100, I will try it and then tell you my review.
