Payment and shipping
SHIPPING The shipping is made just the same day of your payment is made. We will contact customer via email if there is an issue in shipping your order such as wrong shipping address etc. Generally we don't update the status of order after shipping is made. So it's normal when your order's status keeps 'pending'. It takes about 7-18 days for the package travel from our warehouse to your address, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (FedEx, Ems,UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.
About Delivery
According to the common practice, the shipping service considers a package successfully delivered once it has been left at the recipient's door or mailbox, as per the delivery instructions provided by the sender. Please note that once the package has been delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient to ensure its safety.
we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the designated address. We strongly recommend that recipients take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of their packages upon delivery. Such as take it indoor as soon as possible.
SHIPPING-TELEPHONE NUMBER The telephone number is very very important for faster delivery. Please reply the order confirmation email to tell us your telephone number if your don't have the telephone on the order. An order without telephone number often occurs when you input shipping address at PAYPAL. We have tested and found the delivery of an international mail without telephone number often has severe delay, takes up to 14 days more than those mails with telephone number.
There are the following shipping options for customers.
1:Free shipping options. Almost all products are free shipping, it takes about 15 days to Europe and American destination. There is only written tracking for this shipping, no online tracking available for this shipping option.
2: Registered Air Mail shipping ( Take about 15 days to Europe and American destination) There is a brief online tracking for this shipping option.
3: Express shipping with detailed online tracking. The Shipping time may be extended in the busy hours of POST, such as in the Christmas festival holidays.
4: Fast AirMail With Detailed track.
There may be several days of handling time for some products, especially for the custom-made products. Please contact us if you are not clear about the handling time of the product you are interested in.
Return policy DANKUNG guarantees the high quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the product, just return to us within 60 days when you receive it. You will get full refund as soon as we receive it. The product you return must be good without damage. The buyer pays the shipping cost of return if there is no quality issue of product. Please contact us before your send it back to us.
About Custom Duty
We master the import policy of countries and are experienced in cross-countries business. We help customers get the Custom duty free in various ways. About 98.4% of our orders get Duty-Exempt.
But we don't guarantee the Duty-Exempt due to the changing import policies of countries. The customer have to pay it if there is Import Duty by country of destination.
PAYMENT

Warranty Policy
DANKUNG' warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: DANKUNG Inc. warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one year from the date of original retail purchase.
If a defect exists, at its option DANKUNG will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) partial refund as agreement with customers or refund the purchase price of the product. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes DANKUNG'S property. When a full refund is given, your product becomes DANKUNG'S property.
This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-DANKUNG'S products; (b) to damage caused by service (including repairs, upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an DANKUNG'S Authorized Service Provider; (c) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of DANKUNG'S; or (d) the DANKUNG serial number(if any) has been removed or defaced.

About the Color differenceIf the color of the delivered product is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund after sending the product back. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by the display monitor.)
User Points DANKUNG has an user point system. Points are redeemable. User earns points by posting product review(good product review can get 300 points), login(4 points for every day login), invite users registration(earn 12 points) etc. And each point values 0.01 dollars. How to use user points for payment First, user points are only for register users. So visit http://www.dankung.com/user to log in or register. There are many coupons available at our site, some are general coupon with discount, some are free gift + discount coupon, some are for all users, some are for users from specific countries. Such as we had an anti-cold bands for Canada and Germany shooters when it's extreme in January 2016. Just explore the whole site and find them. Coupon code can be added in the process of checkout.
